Refund policy

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support at support@baetter.shop so our team can help you.

Our right of return applies for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging, i.e. sealed in plastic.

Some items are excluded from returns entirely:

- Perishable goods such as food

- Gift cards

- Health and personal care products

In certain situations, no refunds or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Items returned after 14 days from delivery.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Please note that this may take a few days after we receive the goods. If an item is rejected for return, we will notify you by email.

The return shipping costs of EUR 4.99 (DE), EUR 6.99 (AT) or CHF 9.90 (CH) will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account, your PayPal account, Klarna, or similar.

Then contact your payment provider. It can take some time until your refund is credited.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@baetter.shop

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you live in.

Withdrawal

You can also declare your withdrawal online using the withdrawal function ("withdrawal button") available on our website. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt. Using the withdrawal function is voluntary. You can also declare your withdrawal in another way, for example by email or letter.
