Deeply in love: With a great deal of attention to detail and the vision of integrating a touch of wellness into everyday life, Baetter's diverse matcha varieties were created. They combine high quality standards with the delicate taste of natural flavors.

The focus of our Pure Matcha is on hand-harvesting and awards such as the Ceremonial Grade and the organic seal , which unite all varieties.

Finally, we use traditional stone mills to grind the tea leaves. Without mechanical interference, we can produce a particularly fine powder for a velvety taste while preserving the valuable ingredients naturally occurring in matcha.
